She married Stephen Marshall December 1837.(351) Stephen was born 4 Jul 1808 in Accomack Co, VA.⁽³⁵²⁾ Stephen⁽³⁵³⁾ was the son of Henry Marshall and Egnasha 'Nasha' Chase. Stephen died 11 Apr 1889 in Accomack Co, VA, at 80 years of age.⁽³⁵⁴⁾ His body was interred in Bethel Bapt Ch Cem, Mears, Acc Co, VA.⁽³⁵⁵⁾ Stephen was employed. Stephen Marshall obtained a marriage license bond 23 Dec 1837 in Accomack Co, VA. He was listed as a resident in the census report 1850 in Accomack Parish, Acc Co, VA.⁽³⁵⁶⁾ He was listed as a resident in the census report 1860 in Accomack Parish, Acc Co, VA.⁽³⁵⁷⁾ (See Stephen Marshall for the children resulting from this marriage.)

Patience P. Drummond obtained a marriage license bond 23 Dec 1837 in Accomack Co, VA. She was listed as a resident in the census report 1850 in Accomack Parish, Acc Co, VA.⁽³⁵⁸⁾ She was listed as a resident in the census report 1860 in Accomack Parish, Acc Co, VA.⁽³⁵⁹⁾ Patience Drummond is listed in the Boston Family Book as Patience Grant, but her 1837 Acc M.L.B. showed her as Patience Drummond and a John P. Drummond was the security on the M.L.B. Mrs. Patience Marshall, widow of Stephen Marshall, aged 78 years, died at her home near Bethel Church of canser on 11 Jan 1893 (Pen. Ent., 4 Feb 1893).
