He married Ann (-----) circa 1600.(1069) Ann was born circa 1575.

Henrie was living in Elizabeth City, VA. Henrie Potter and his wife Ann, may be the earliest known ancestors of the Potter family of Somerset Co, MD. They were in the London Marchant listed in John Ward's muster of the inhabitants of Elizabeth City, VA, beyond Hampton River being the Companys Land, in 1624/25 (between 20 Jan and 7 Feb), Potter's age given as 50 (Annie L. Jester, Adventures of Purse and Person, 2nd ed., 1964, p. 64).
