120. Elizabeth^K Rodolphus (William^L)⁽⁸⁰⁷⁾ was born circa 1640. Elizabeth died 1731 at 91 years of age.⁽⁸⁰⁸⁾

She married John Lewis (II) circa 1656.(809) John was born circa 1638 in Accomack Co, VA.⁽⁸¹⁰⁾ John⁽⁸¹¹⁾ was the son of John Lewis (I) and Mary Gardner. John died 1697 at 59 years of age.⁽⁸¹²⁾ John was employed at as a Surveyor in Accomack Co, VA. He was the "Surveyor of Ye King's Highway" in Accomack Co, VA. (See John Lewis (II) for the children resulting from this marriage.)

Elizabeth's will was probated 4 Jan 1731/2 in Accomack Co, VA.⁽⁸¹³⁾ In her will, written 30 Sep 1731, Elizabeth Lewis named sons William and John, daughters Elizabeth Scott and Comfort Rew, and grandsons Josiah Lewis and Rodulphus Scott. John was left her full right of 70 acres in Somerset Co, MD, he to dispose of the same and the proceeds to her grandson Josiah Lewis, and for want of heirs to her grandson Rodulphus Scott. Son John was the Executor. Witnesses were Richard Drummond, Jacob Litchfield and Anne Drummond (Acc Co Deeds & Wills, 1729-37, vol. i, p. 209).
