He married Ellis Nehulian 31 Jul 1668 in Hungars Parish, N'hamp Co, VA.(1038) Ellis was born circa 1645. Ellis died circa 1695.⁽¹⁰³⁹⁾

He made a will 16 Feb 1716/7 in Somerset Co, MD.⁽¹⁰⁴⁰⁾

Donnock Dennis and Ellis Nehulian had the following children:

183 i. Elizabeth^L Dennis⁽¹⁰⁴¹⁾ was born in Hungars Parish, N'hamp Co, VA 16 Nov 1665.⁽¹⁰⁴²⁾ She married George Lyd circa 1685.(1043) George was born circa 1660.

184 iii. Donnock Dennis Jr.⁽¹⁰⁴⁵⁾ was born in Morumsco Section, Som Co, MD 16 Feb 1668/9.

185 iv. Elinor Dennis⁽¹⁰⁴⁶⁾ was born in Morumsco Section, Som Co, MD circa 1670.

186 v. Ellis 'Alice' Dennis⁽¹⁰⁴⁷⁾ was born in Morumsco Section, Som Co, MD 29 Jul 1673.

187 vi. Katherine Dennis⁽¹⁰⁴⁸⁾ was born in Morumsco Section, Som Co, MD circa 1675.

188 vii. John Dennis⁽¹⁰⁴⁹⁾ was born in Morumsco Section, Som Co, MD 12 Feb 1676/7.
