He married LEAH MAYSON August 16, 1803. (LEAH MAYSON is #15285.) Solomon gave a deposition on August 2, 1820 to prove his service in the Revolutionary War. On September 27, 1831, his service was certified that it appeared satisfactory evidence and his heirs named as: Margaret, Thomas and Susan Bunting and Rachel Bundick, wife of Richard. (Mary F. Carey, Acc. Orders 1819-1822, p. 170)
