885. JESSE JARVIS⁹ SIMKINS (DR.) (ARTHUR⁸, ANN⁷ DUNTON, ELIZABETH 'BETTY'⁶ ROGERS, NATHANIEL COMFORT⁵, MARY⁴ MARSHALL, THOMAS³, THOMAS², JOHN¹) (#1588) was born 1804. JESSE died January 14, 1866 at 61 years of age. His body was interred in Northampton Co VA, Piney Forrest.

He married three times. He married FRANCES D. GOFFIGON in Northampton Co VA, 1830. (FRANCES D. GOFFIGON is #2261.) FRANCES was born June 25, 1812. FRANCES was the daughter of JAMES GOFFIGON and MARY "POLLY" GOFFIGON. FRANCES died June 4, 1831 at 18 years of age. He married ESTHER W. GOFFIGON in Northampton Co VA, 1832. (ESTHER W. GOFFIGON is #2262.) ESTHER was the daughter of JAMES GOFFIGON and MARY "POLLY" GOFFIGON. He married LAURA M. JARVIS in Northampton Co VA, 1838. (LAURA M. JARVIS is #2265.) LAURA was born March 2, 1816. LAURA was the daughter of WILLIAM JARVIS and ELIZABETH UPSHUR ROBINS. LAURA died May 21, 1872 at 56 years of age. (Bill Wilkins)

1276 iv. WILLIAM JARVIS SIMKINS (#2271) was born 1846. WILLIAM died March 9, 1854 at 7 years of age.
