He married FLORENCE MAPP in Northampton Co VA, June 4, 1902. (FLORENCE MAPP is #3347.) FLORENCE was born January 11, 1883. FLORENCE was the daughter of GEORGE RICHARD MAPP and ELLEN BAXLEY TROWER. FLORENCE died August 22, 1961 at 78 years of age. (Bill Wilkins, Bill Burton)

1933 i. PHILIP BARRAUD¹² TANKRED (#3348) was born 1903. PHILIP died January 16, 1993 at 89 years of age. His body was interred in Franktown, Northampton Co VA. Philip was a Commander in the U.S. Navy.

1934 ii. BAXLEY TROWER TANKRED (#3349) was born 1913. He married twice. He married ANN CLARK. (ANN CLARK is #3350.) ANN was born 1915. He married ELIZABETH MOORE BUTZNER. (ELIZABETH MOORE BUTZNER is #3351.) ELIZABETH was born 1923. (ref: Bill Burton)

1935 iii. JOHN ROGERS TANKRED (#3352) was born 1914. He married ANNE P. MCINNES. (ANNE P. MCINNES is #3353.) ANNE was born 1918.
