He married MATTIE SARAH WISE. (MATTIE SARAH WISE is #3387.) MATTIE was born January 17, 1884. MATTIE was the daughter of EDWARD SOLOMON WISE and ELIZABETH SARAH JACOB. MATTIE died November 9, 1954 at 70 years of age.

BAILY ALFRED BELL and MATTIE SARAH WISE had the following children:
