She married JOHN POWELL. JOHN was born Pocomoke September 27, 1674. JOHN was the son of WALTER POWELL and MARGARET (wife of Walter Powell). JOHN died June, 1718 in Northampton Co., VA, at 43 years of age. John was Justice, Sheriff, and member of the House of Burgesses from 1700 to 1702. (Purse & Person, p. 729)

She made a will in Northampton Co., VA, October 11, 1718. Probate November 19, 1718.

SARAH YEARDLEY and JOHN POWELL had the following children:

249 ii. YARDLEY POWELL. YARDLEY died October 8, 1734.

250 iii. MARGARET POWELL. MARGARET died after 1735. She married CLARK JACOB. CLARK was the son of RICHARD JACOB and ELIZABETH CLARK. CLARK died before June 10, 1735 in Northampton Co VA.

+ 252 v. ROSE POWELL was born about 1700.
