He married SCARBURGH PARKER. SCARBURGH was the daughter of CHARLES PARKER and AGNES (wife of Charles Parker).

Upon HENRY's death, His estate was administered Accomack Co., VA, November 26, 1751. Administration of his estate granted to his widow, Scarburgh Custis, secured by Charles West and George Holden. (Stratton Nottingham, Wills & Administrations Accomack Co., VA, p. 139)
