110. GEORGE⁵ DENT (COL.) (ELIZABETH⁴ FOWKE, ANN³ THOROWGOOD, ADAM², WILLIAM¹) was born Charles Co., MD September 27, 1690. GEORGE died May 12, 1754 Charles Co., MD, at 63 years of age.

He married ANNE HARBERT. ANNE died 1764 Charles Co., MD. He was a planater of Charles County, Justice in 1715, Sheriff 1735-1738, member of the Lower House of the Maryland Assembly 1719-1727, Justice of Provincial Court, 1728-1735, 1738-1754, Chief Justice in 1754, Judge of the Assize Court of the Western Shore 1733 to 1749 and Colonel of the Militia. 222 v. ANN DENT. She married twice. She married GILBERT IRELAND. She married MAJOR SWEENEY.

223 vi. LETITIA DENT. She married twice. She married BENJAMIN STODDERT. She married PETER DEJEAN.

225 viii. ELEANOR DENT. She married JOHN BLACKSTONE. She married 2nd Alexander McParling and 3rd James Bayard.

227 x. JOHN DENT was born 1732. JOHN died 1809 at 77 years of age. He married SARAH L. MARSHALL. SARAH was born 1741. SARAH died 1795 at 54 years of age.
