He married ROSE THOROWGOOD 1693. ROSE was born about 1672. ROSE was the daughter of ADAM THOROWGOOD (II)(Lt. Col.) and FRANCES YEARDLEY. ROSE died before December 7, 1709 Princess Anne Co., VA, at approximately 37 years of age.

He made a will Princess Anne Co., VA, October 27, 1703. Probate November 9, 1703. He was Justice of Princess Anne Co., VA. (Purse & Person, p. 620)
