Joseph Riggs and Margaret 'Peggy' (-----) had the following children:

38 i. Sarah 'Sally'³ Riggs⁽²¹¹⁾ was born in Accomack Co, VA circa 1806. Sarah died circa 1855.⁽²¹²⁾ She married William White March 1827.(213)

Sarah applied for a marriage license to wed William White 5 Mar 1827 in Accomack Co, VA. She was listed as a resident in the census report 1850 in Accomack Parish, Acc Co, VA.⁽²¹⁴⁾
