He married Abijah Manlove in Somerset Co., VA, about 1668. Abijah was born in Accamack Co., VA about 1654.

John Parremore and Abijah Manlove had the following children:

11 i. John³ Parremore was born in Somerset Co., MD November 29, 1670.

12 ii. Frances Parremore was born in Somerset Co., MD February 22, 1673.

13 iii. Matthew Parremore was born in Somerset Co., MD March 12, 1677. Matthew died May 27, 1738 in Somerset Co., MD, at 61 years of age.

14 iv. Sarah Parremore was born in Somerset Co., MD September 30, 1679.

15 v. Thomas Parremore was born in Somerset Co., MD December 16, 1681.
