FRANCIS's will was probated Accomack Co., VA, November 22, 1764. Francis left land in Northampton County to his two daughters and requested that land in Beaufort Co. NC be sold. Littleton Dennis was appointed guardian to his daughters. His wife, Anne, married Abel Joynes, d. 1781 Accomack Co. VA (Nottingham 334, Whitelaw 913, 560) Anne Joynes, Elizabeth Downing and Sarah Powell united in a deed for Lot 11, Onancock Towne, for two houses and three lots, to Noah Belote in 1780 (Whitelaw 913).

FRANCIS WAINHOUSE (III) and ANN had the following children:
