She married HERMAN RAY PHILLIPS July 19, 1934. (HERMAN RAY PHILLIPS is #896.) HERMAN was born in Somerset Co. MD August 14, 1890. HERMAN died 1965 in Somerset Co. MD, at 74 years of age.

IDA EVELYN SCOTT and HERMAN RAY PHILLIPS had the following child:
