He married Maud of Louvain circa 1010.⁽⁸⁴²⁾ Maud was born circa 990. Maud⁽⁸⁴³⁾ was the daughter of Lambert I the Bearded Count of Louvain and Gerberga of Lorraine.

Eustace I Count of Boulogne and Maud of Louvain had the following child:

+ 179 i. Lambert of Boulogne²¹ was born circa 1010.
