To his wife he left dwelling plantation; son Samuel dwelling plantation after wife's widowhood and land on the west side of the road from the ferry to Cedar Hall; son Thomas land on east side of road; daughters Mary and Ann, Negro woman Lindow; children Elijah and Susea, Negro girl Frank; daughter Sarah, Negro girl Rachell; daughter Betty, Negro girl Pachance; daughter Leah, Negro girl Hannah; daughter Joyce Purnell Brittingham, Negro boy Durrum; son Samuel executor; witnessed by George Layfield, Joshua Merrill and William Merrill.
