He married Tabitha Scarburgh SMART before 1674.(346) (Tabitha Scarburgh SMART is #32.) Tabitha was the daughter of John SMART and Tabitha SCARBURGH. Tabitha died 1718 in Accomack County. @NI0478@

William II WHITTINGTON and Tabitha Scarburgh SMART had the following child:
