He married Elizabeth ROBINS 19 May 1808.(35) (Elizabeth ROBINS is #50.) Elizabeth was born 1788.⁽³⁶⁾ Elizabeth was the daughter of John IV ROBINS and Susanna TEACKLE. Elizabeth died 1844 at 56 years of age.⁽³⁷⁾ At 32 years of age Elizabeth became the mother of Maria Ann JARVIS 3 Mar 1821.⁽³⁸⁾

At 51 years of age William became the father of Maria Ann JARVIS 3 Mar 1821.⁽³⁹⁾

William II JARVIS and Elizabeth ROBINS had the following child:
