He married Lucretia COSTIN February 8, 1786. (Lucretia COSTIN is #236.) Lucretia was the daughter of Abraham COSTIN and Elizabeth GRIFFITH. Lucretia died before 1802.

John DIXON and Lucretia COSTIN had the following child:

258 i. Polly "Mary"⁸ DIXON (#331) was born After 1786. She married William GOFFIGON April 14, 1806. (William GOFFIGON is #332.) William was born about 1785.
