30. William4 TILNEY (William3, John2, John1) (#189) was born before June 1, 1694. William died about 1740 in Accomack Co., Virginia.
He married Elizabeth. (Elizabeth is #190.) Elizabeth died after 1741. William Tilney bought 100
acres of land (A62) from Thomas Leatherbury in 1738. This land ran north along the branch where Tilney operated a mill. Tilney left it to
his son, William, who sold it in 1772. (ref:Whitelaw)
William TILNEY and Elizabeth had the following child:
He married Rachel REVELL in Accomack Co., Virginia, about 1750. (Rachel REVELL is #196.)
Rachel was born about 1711. Rachel was the daughter of Edward REVELL and Rebecca COLEBURN. (ref: Bill Leatherbury
