John died 1508 at 34 years of age.

He married Elizabeth Poole Lady. Elizabeth was born in Poole, Wirrall, Cheshire, Eng about 1480. Elizabeth was the daughter of Thomas Poole Sir and Maud Matilda Fitton.

John Minshull and Elizabeth Poole Lady had the following children:
