23. John⁶ Cokayne (John⁵, Edmund⁴ Cockaine_or_coka, John³ Cokayne, John², John¹) was born in of, Ashbowne, Derbyshire, England before 1475. John died 1504/1505 at 31 years of age.

He married Agnes Vernon about 1442. Agnes was born in Of Haddon Hall, Derbyshire, England about 1477. Agnes was the daughter of Richard Vernon [SIR KNIGHT] and Elizabeth Pembridge.
