3. Nicholas³ Goldsmith (Randall² Gouldsmith, John¹) was born in bosworth, Leicester Co., Eng about 1555.

He married Dorthey Tomson in of, nantwich, Cheshire, Eng, about 1578. Dorthey was born in Tamsworth, Cheshire, Eng about 1555. Dorthey died 1611 at 56 years of age.

Nicholas Goldsmith and Dorthey Tomson had the following children:

4 i. Ellen⁴ Gouldsmith. Ellen died 1623. She married Richard Minshall. Richard is the son of Thomas Minshull and Alice Gouldsmith. He was christened in nantwich, Wistaston, Cheshire, Eng, December 26, 1582. Richard was baptized a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints April 18, 1962. Temple Code: SLAKE.
