He married Jane Harpur. Jane was born before 1622. Jane was the daughter of John Harpur [Sir] and Elizabeth Novel.
Patrick Lowe and Jane Harpur had the following children:

Isabel4 Lowe was born in of Denby, Eng about 1589. Her body was
interred in Heanor Par:. She married John Zouche about 1609.
