He married Ann Williams. John died at sea.

349 i. Ann Custis⁷ Bayly was born in Accomack Co., VA about 1795. She married John F. Bayne in Accomack Co., VA, September 30, 1817. Ann was named as niece by Edmund Bayly in 1805 and as granddaughter by Thomas Bayly in 1808.
