Note from WBW:  He left his land to his children William & Peggy my grandfater lived in a home in Cheriton on The Cherrystone crossrod which burned. He moved to "Sealand" which had been left him by Dr. George Fulwell Wilkins. Elizabeth Spady Jarvis Nottingham Spady after selling her home "Cleveland" built in Cheriton on what was part of John Wilkinsí original land grant.
