He married Tabitha Justice 24 Jan 1833.⁽⁵⁸⁾ (Tabitha Justice is #806.) Tabitha was born 1812. Tabitha was the daughter of Isaiah JUSTIS Jr. and Sally Lewis. Tabitha died 1897 at 85 years of age.

William Mason and Tabitha Justice had the following children:
