Oven Meatloaf
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 cup oatmeal
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup milk
salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Mix ingredients and put into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with tomato suace on top if desired.
