Party Chicken

4 to 8 strips bacon
4 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and split
1 ( 4 oz. ) pkg. chipped beef, torn into small pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper

Fry 4 to 8 strips of bacon slightly to remove some grease. Wrap bacon around chicken breasts. Cover bottom of flat, lightly greased 8x12x2 inch baking dish with torn pieces of chipped beef. Mix cream of mushroom soup with sour cream and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate about 3 hours or overnight. Bake at 275 degrees, uncovered for 3 hours. Serves 8
