Lemon Cake


1 box yellow cake mix
1 box lemon instant pudding
1 tsp. lemon extract
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs

Icing:

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup orange juice

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Add water and oil. Beat until mixed together. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. After eggs are all added, beat on high for 10 minutes. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Bake cake in a tube pan.

Icing: Combine the sugar and orange juice. Spoon over cake after you
take it out of the baking pan.
