12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. Blue cheese
6 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. grated onion
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
Let cheese stand at room temperature to soften. In large bowl, mix them
with the onion, Worcestershire sauce and nuts, kneading the mixture like
bread dough unitil thououghly blended. Shape into a ball. Roll cheese in
paprika and extra nuts, until well coated.
