Black Walnut Cake

1 lb.butter
9 eggs
1 lb. sugar
1 lb. plain flour
1/2 lb. black walnuts

Beat sugar and butter until very light. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Flour nuts well, and add remainder of flour to mixture. Bake at 225 degrees for three to four hours, or until done.
