Sweet Potato Fluff


1 1/2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup evaporated milk

Mix well the sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, egg, vanilla, and milk. Pour into casserole.

Topping:

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Mix topping ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves about 6.
