Eastern Shore of Virginia Indoor Rehabilitation Program

Applications are currently being accepted for rehabilitation of homes with partial or no indoor plumbing. Eligiblity will be determined.

Housing Counseling Program

Along with the A-NPDC, housing counseling services are offered for no cost to the participants. Prepurchase, foreclosure and homeless intervention counseling is offered.
