The A-NPDC provides a wide range of services to Eastern Shore local governments through our departments of Planning, Housing, Economic Development, and Administration. The A-NPDC also provides local coordination with State and Federal agencies and serves as the local affiliate for the State Data Center. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING

The A-NPDC Department of Housing provides community development project management, housing rehabilitation, indoor plumbing rehabilitation, Section 8 Rental Assistance, and other housing services.

DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

The A-NPDC Department of Economic Development staffs the Eastern Shore of Virginia Economic Development Commission and the Eastern Shore of Virginia Regional Partnership and provides industrial marketing, business relocation, and revolving loan fund services.
