Hollow dust pickup with door sweep brush. The pickup is made from a 3/4" wooden ring with 4mm plywood skins. The hole in the top layer of plywood is just big enough for the router collet nut to pass through.
The pickup is attached to a standard shopvac extension wand, and is mounted to our ShopBot with an angle bracket.
A piece of split electrical conduit hot-glued to the angle bracket allows easy adjustment.
A shopvac mounted on a plastic fish barrel for extra capacity.
