Building day
On Friday morning the pieces were handed out and the builders went to work. The first steps were sanding all the parts and then painting and decorating them with markers. Although sanding didn't seem like it would be much fun to the kids at first, they all did a great job.
By afternoon all the cars had been assembled and were put away for the weekend to let the glue dry.
