Drummondtown Baptist
Christmas Celebrations

Christmas is a special time of year in the Christian community.
Our church family is no exception. Young and old become a part of the
celebration of God's gift to us. From the beginning of Advent to Christmas Day,
each aspect of our celebrations bring a promise of new hope for the coming year.

2007 brought some additional challenges to our normal services.
With no heat in the sanctuary, everyone had to improvise.
As usual, everyone pitched in and helped make the service a memorable one.

As usual, music played an important role in this year's service. With the addition of the "bell choir" maybe a new tradition has begun.
The tree was smaller, but there was still room for the Crismons.

The Youth once again played their part in this annual service.
H.B. handed out sage advice and kept order in the back of the Fellowship Hall.
The back of the room is always where the action is!

Even given all of the challenges, this year's service was just as meaningful
as those from year's past. It gave us time to reflect on the true meaning
of this special time of year and to anticipate the celebrations to come.
