Sherry Belote

  Sherry was born and spent her whole life living on the Eastern Shore of VA.  She began singing in high school, and hasn't stopped yet.  She is married to Pat Belote.  She has had 5 years vocal training from the University of Maryland. 

  She has extensive experience in musical theater having performed in over 20 musicals, as well as numerous cabarets at the Trawler Dinner Theater in the 1980's and 1990's.  In 1996 she travelled to St. Petersburg, Russia to perform in the travelling production of "Hymn to the Chesapeake".   She also performed with the Eastern Shore Madrigals for 3 years.

  She began singing Rock and Roll with Storm Warning in 1990.  This band stayed together performing the Mid Atlantic states for 14 years.  During this time she also performed in the duo After Hours with her husband Pat.  Over the years she has also performed with the oldies band Living Proof. 

  In 1999 she gave her life to Jesus and begun recording and performing mainly Christian music. In 2001 she placed 3rd in the solo competition at the Mountaire Gospel Talent Search in Gumborough, Deleware.   She performed in Heavensent, a Christian vocal trio.  In 2002 they won 2nd place at the Mountaire Gospel Talent Search in the group category. In 2005 they released their self-titled CD of Christian music.  She is currently playing with Pat and recording with the Christian rock band New Creation as well as recording original solo music.   She is a member of Onancock Baptist Church and is a choir member and has been Praise and Worship leader.

   Sherry is available for live engagements for both Christian and mainstream events.

Pat Belote

  Pat is an Eastern Shore of VA native, and has lived there most of his life.  He is married to Sherry and is a dedicated Christian.  He has a degree in Electronics Engineering which opened the door to his becoming a recording engineer.   He took classical piano  and taught himself guitar as a youngster.  

  Over a 25 year period he has played guitar and keys in many, many bands.   His first post high school group was Storm Warning, which he was in from 1990-2004.  He also played with Sherry in the duo After Hours.  He has also played in the oldies band Living Proof, and currently plays guitar and keyboards for the Christian band New Creation.  He produced and engineered the 2004 CD released by Heaven Sent, as well as playing guitars and keyboards on the project. 

  He has done pit work in musical theater playing bass for the Trawler Dinner Theater production of Godspell.  He scored the music and played piano for the musical production "Hymn to the Chesapeake"  by Bob Arthur and Judy Beck.  He travelled to St. Petersburg, Russia in 1996 to perform the musical.  He played piano for Nashville recording artist Brian Hildebrand at Chincoteague Civic Center in 2001.    

  Pat records and plays music with Sherry.   He is a member of Onancock Baptist Church and has been involved with several aspects of the music program over the last 8 years.
