Updated 5/7/97

The US Coast Guard can trace it's proud history to 1790 when it was founded as the Revenue Cutter Service. In 1915 it was merged with the Lighthouse service and the Life Saving Service to form the present day US Coast Guard. Included in the graphics I have made are past and present aircraft as well as cutters.

This page is dedicated in memory of:
CWO Albert Joynes, USCG.
1929-1975.
