Dawson, bred by Liz Sherman and Joe Mitchell, is owned by Skip and Jane Santti of Va. Beach. What a hunting dog he is!! He spends most of bird season hunting at Fort Pickett, VA. Dawson has lots of drive, is a natural retriever, and very stylish on point. He is in the process of being broke to wing and shot and hopefully will be ready for senior hunt tests in the fall.
Dawson finished in style winning two majors in one weekend at the Howard County Shows. Thank you Steve Siegel for handling Dawson and thank you judges Linda Stebbins and Anne Katoona for recognizing the qualities of this young dog. Dawson has a wonderful temperament and gorgeous head. He is OFA Good and Cerf Normal. Dawson will be used at stud selectively to approved bitches.
