Thomas was living 9 Dec 1701 in Northampton Co, VA.⁽¹¹³⁾ Thomas Fisher's estate was administered to his widow Patience Fisher on 28 May 1709 on behalf of herself and children. Securities were William Nichollson and Thomas Teague. Appraisers were Thomas Abdill, John Addison Jr., John Jacob and Robert Bell (N'hamp Co Orders, Wills, etc., 1698-1710, p. 468).
