10. Mary⁵ Fisher (Capt. Phillip⁴, John³, John², (-----)¹)⁽⁷⁴⁾ was born, circa 1661.

She married Thomas(?) Smith before 1701.⁽⁷⁵⁾ Thomas(?) was born circa 1660. Thomas(?) was living 1 Oct 1690.⁽⁷⁶⁾ Thomas Smith, John Fisher and William Bradford were named as kinsmen in Henry Gascoine's will of 1690 (N'hamp Co Orders, Wills, 1689-98, p. 94). Since John Fisher's sister Ann married Robert Gascoigne, and his sister Bridget married William Bradford and his sister Mary married a Smith, it is assumed that Mary's husband must have been this Thomas Smith.

Mary was living 9 Dec 1701.⁽⁷⁷⁾ Mary Fisher's birth date is based on Philip Fisher's step-father's will of 1661, in which Richard Bayly left a "ew lamb to Philip Fisher's daughter" (N'hamp Co Deeds, Wills, etc. 1657-66, p. 93). An assumption is that Mary was the oldest daughter of Philip Fisher.

Mary Fisher and Thomas(?) Smith had the following child:
