French Bread
1 package yeast
2 cups bread flour
1 teasppon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon butter
1 cup plus 1 tablespoon warm water
Put all ingredients into the pan of your bread machine, in the order listed by your machine. Use the white bread setting. Press start.
