12. Edward³ Bowen (William², William¹) birth date unknown. Edward died April 20, 1720.

He married Elizabeth Ennis. Elizabeth was the daughter of William Ennis. His widow signed bond as administratrix on April 29, 1720; the goods and chattels were appraised by William Bowen, Sr. and Littleton Bowen "two of ye nearest kin." On August 31, 1720, Eliz deeded property inherited by her as sole heir of her father, William Ennis, to her sons, William and Edward Bowen. Deed recorded September 8, 1720, Somerset Co., MD. Edward Bowen and Elizabeth Ennis had the following children:

37 i. William⁴ Bowen.

38 ii. Edward Bowen(Jr.). He died in Galloway Township, NJ. (Marci Bowen Astley)
