He married Mary Frame 1655. (Mary Frame reference 718) (Mary Frame is #686.) Mary was born 1630. Mary was the daughter of John Frame and Ann ?. Mary died in Weynoke Parrish, Charles City Co., Va. William Justice's birth calculated from his age in Charles City Co. Orders 1655-1658 p. 108. His death derived from the record of probate of his will in Charles City Orders p. 529.

William Justice and Mary Frame had the following children:
