89. WILLIAM ALLEN⁶ MARSHALL (ESME⁵, THOMAS⁴, JOHN³, THOMAS², JOHN¹) (#333) was born March 28, 1759. WILLIAM died October 23, 1816 in Snow Hill, Worcester Co MD, at 57 years of age.

He married DOLLY BISHOP August 2, 1803. (DOLLY BISHOP is #334.) DOLLY was the daughter of CHARLES BISHOP and ZEPPORAH (PURNELL). William Marshall is shown as Secretary of New Market Races in the August 10, 1802 "Maryland Herald & Eastern Shore Intelligencer." (F. Edward Wright, Maryland Eastern Shore Newspaper Abstracts)
