She married twice. She married JOHN CUSTIS March 3, 1732. JOHN was the son of HANCOCK CUSTIS and MARY BROWNE. JOHN died 1745. She married JOHN TOMPKINS February 25, 1747. JOHN was born May 25, 1718. JOHN died before September 13, 1757 at approximately 39 years of age.

JOHN CUSTIS and ANNE KENDALL had the following children:

child 499 i. JOHN7 CUSTIS (JR.). He was under age in 1744 and died in his minority.

child + 500 ii. MARGARET "PEGGY" CUSTIS .

child 501 iii. HANCOCK CUSTIS. He was under age in 1745.

ANNE KENDALL and JOHN TOMPKINS had the following children:

child 502 iv. JOHN CUSTIS TOMPKINS was born November 27, 1748. He died as an infant.

child 503 v. WILLIAM TOMPKINS was born September 16, 1750. He died as an infant.

child + 504 vi. JOHN TOMPKINS was born November 20, 1751.

child 505 vii. BENNETT TOMPKINS was born January 22, 1755. BENNETT died after 1794.
